We have worked closely with Jantzen for many years now, sourcing their excellent range of capacitors, inductors, resistors, wires, connectors and loudspeaker associated accessories. After the recent success of their Alumen range of aluminium foil with polypropylene dielectric, they have been working hard developing their top of the range Amber capacitors, this time using copper foil. These are ideal for crossover use, primarily the tweeter and midsection

The Amber capacitors are constructed from 4N cold rolled copper foil with an ultra thin polypropylene film offering extremely low ESR and ESL figures, they are also non-inductive. They are rated at 200Vdc so plenty of headroom for cross-over use.
