Shipping and Returns

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd or Parcel Post or UPS (United Parcel Service Couriers) depending on the total weight of the items ordered.

All International orders are sent via Airmail or UPS depending on weight. This is broken down into the following:

Printed paper (magazines/books only) orders, weighing 0kg – 5kg , are sent by Airmail. Over 5kg and they are sent by UPS.

Mixed orders (parts only or parts and books/magazines) weighing 0kg – 2kg , are sent by Airmail, over 2kg and they are sent by UPS.

N.B. You may find it cheaper to make a separate order for books/magazines if you plan on buying mixed items.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. If the Products arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us by email within 7 days and return the goods to us within [14] days via a recorded-delivery service. We will then promptly arrange for a refund or undamaged Products to be delivered to you and will refund your direct postage costs of returning the damaged goods to us.
