New website is Live!

We have launched our new and improved website to make your HFC visit more enjoyable. We will be adding features over the coming months to enhance your experience.

For those of you who are having problems logging in please do clear your cache and cookies, see below for further information.

Apologies for the inconvenience and disruption this has caused.

The upgrade will affect users that were logged into the old system during the upgrade.  

The way to resolve this is to clear your device's browsing history, cookies, and cache data.  

This will remove any open sessions open to the old system and allow you to log in to the new website using your normal username/email address and password.

Depending on your device and choice of browser the steps will differ.

Additionally, we are having some issues with the "forgotten password" feature. If you send an e-mail to sales@hificollective.co.uk using your account e-mail address we will reset the password for you.
