Schottky Diodes: Near instantaneous switching with no reverse recovery transients combined with a low drop-out voltage (voltage drop across the diode). Please note that the 10CTQ150 and MBRB20200CT both contain two diodes in the one device, sharing a common cathode. These can be use in parallel, thus doubling the current rating or singularly, only using one of the diodes.

Ultra-Fast, Soft Recovery Diodes: Second to Schottky diodes, but with increased voltage rating are these diode types. Their switching time, though slower than Schottky diodes is still very fast. They switch very "softly" so are extremely quiet in operation, with a very low RFI emission.
