Notes on Shipping

Many thanks for using Hi-Fi Collective Ltd. and placing your valued orders with us. We offer several methods of shipping for sending your parcel. For your information please read the relevant section.
 
GENERAL NOTES ON SHIPPING:

When choosing your shipping service, we provide delivery time scales for the courier services, these reference business days.  As long as all the items you have ordered are in stock and we have enough time to prepare we will ship the same day. We do not ship orders on Weekend days or Bank Holidays, UK Bank Holidays are listed here.

 
FedEx and DHL:
The transit time will be displayed on your order, though please note that in certain remote locations the transit times can be an additional day. You will have received an email direct from the shipper detailing your tracking number. The cut off time to send FedEx parcels is 12:30pm and for DHL it is 4:00pm. DPD:
The transit times will be displayed on your order, you will have received an e-mail and / or text from DPD detailing your tracking number. Please note: DPD is a Monday to Friday business day service. The cut off for the 1-day service is generally around 2:30pm. You can track your parcel here: https://www.dpd.com/tracking
 
ROYAL MAIL 24
A UK non-trackable service. Royal Mail endeavour to deliver the next business day, but it can in some cases take longer. The cut off time to send Royal Mail is generally 4:00pm. If your parcel is delayed please check with neighbours or your local postal depot. You may have been out during the attempted delivery. You postman may have neglected to card you.

ORDERS TO THE U.A.E. THROUGH ROYAL MAIL MUST HAVE A P.O. NUMBER - DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS.

 
TRACKED 24:
A UK trackable service. Please note it is only trackable once it has been delivered.  Royal Mail aims to deliver the next business day, but it can take longer. The cut off time to send TRACKED 24 is generally 4:00pm. You will receive an email directly from the Royal Mail once the parcel is out for delivery and again once it has been delivered. SPECIAL DELIVERY:
A UK trackable service that Royal Mail "guarantee to deliver the next business day". If we dispatch your order on Friday, we will endeavour to use Royal Mail's Saturday Special Delivery service. The cut off time to send SPECIAL DELIVERY is generally 4:00pm. You will receive an email with your tracking number directly from Royal Mail. AIRMAIL INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY :
A un-trackable international postal service that generally takes 5 to 12 days depending on your location. It will generally be delivered by your country's local postal service as listed here: http://postoffice.com/
 
If your parcel is delayed please check with neighbours or your local postal depot. Also if you reside outside the EU your parcel may be delayed at customs clearance and we would suggest getting in contact with them directly.
 
INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL SIGNED / TRACKED / TRACKED & SIGNED:
A trackable service that generally takes 5 to 12 business days depending on your location. You will receive a "Dispatched" email from Hi-Fi Collective along with a link directly taking you to the  Royal Mail tracking page. You can track also your parcel here https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/
 
On this tracking page, it will have a link to the Royal Mail's delivery partner, the link is called "Continue Tracking", please click this for more tracking information.
 
DELAYED & LOST PARCELS:
 

***Due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis and its effects around the world, delivery delays in addition to the timescales laid out below are expected. Some destinations are heavily affected, some not at all. We really do appreciate you allowing more than usual, time for your parcels to reach you.***

The Hi-Fi Collective team pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service.
 
If your parcel is delayed please check with neighbours or your local postal depot. Also if you reside outside the EU your parcel may be delayed at customs clearance and we would suggest getting in contact with them directly.
 

For the most secure service please follow our recommendations on the shipping page. The Postal service/s tracking system/s are not as efficient and accurate as FEDEX, DHL or DPD so if you require a quicker delivery please consider these courier services.

Very few parcels are lost by our delivery partner/s which is out of our control, but on the very rare occasion this occurs, consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis for resending parcels. The minimum timeframe for resending undelivered parcels is as follows:

  • Resending in the UK (Royal Mail) - 10 days
  • Resending within Europe - 30 days
  • Resending outside of Europe - 45 days
