If your parcel is delayed please check with neighbours or your local postal depot. Also if you reside outside the EU your parcel may be delayed at customs clearance and we would suggest getting in contact with them directly.
For the most secure service please follow our recommendations on the shipping page. The Postal service/s tracking system/s are not as efficient and accurate as FEDEX, DHL or DPD so if you require a quicker delivery please consider these courier services.
Very few parcels are lost by our delivery partner/s which is out of our control, but on the very rare occasion this occurs, consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis for resending parcels. The minimum timeframe for resending undelivered parcels is as follows:
- Resending in the UK (Royal Mail) - 10 days
- Resending within Europe - 30 days
- Resending outside of Europe - 45 days
