Notes on Shipping

Many thanks for using Hi-Fi Collective Ltd. and placing your valued orders with us. We offer several methods of shipping for sending your parcel. For your information please read the relevant section.

 

Fedex and DHL:

The transit time will be displayed on your order, you will have received an e-mail direct from the shipper detailing your tracking number. DPD:

The transit times will be displayed on your order, you will have received an e-mail and / or text from DPD detailing your tracking number. You can track your parcel here: https://www.dpd.com/tracking

 

1st Class Post:

A UK non-trackable service that generally takes 24 hours but can take up to 3 days. If your parcel is delayed please check with neighbours or your local postal depot. You may have been out during the attempted delivery. You postman may have neglected to card you.

 

TRACKED 24:

A UK trackable service that generally takes 24 hours but can take up to 3 days. You will receive an e-mail direct from the Royal Mail once the parcel is out for delivery and again once it has been delivered. You can track here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

 

SPECIAL DELIVERY:

A UK trackable service that is "guaranteed next day delivery". You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number direct from the Royal Mail. You can track here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

 

AIRMAIL:

An un-trackable international postal service that takes 5 to 12 days depending on your location. It will generally be delivered by your country`s local postal service as listed here: http://postoffice.com/

 

If you feel your parcel is delayed it may have been out when your delivery was attempted so please contact your local delivery office. Also if you reside outside the EU your parcel may be delayed at customs clearance.

 

AIRMAIL SIGNED / TRACKED / TRACKED & SIGNED:

A trackable service that takes 5 to 12 days depending on your location. You will receive a "Dispatched" e-mail from Hi-Fi Collective stating your tracking number. You can track your parcel here https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

On this tracking page it will have a link to the Royal Mail`s delivery partner, the link is called "Continue Tracking", please click this for more tracking information.

 

If you feel your parcel is delayed it may have been out when your delivery was attempted so please contact your local delivery office. Also if you reside outside the EU your parcel may be delayed at customs clearance.

 

DELAYED & LOST PARCELS:

The Hi-Fi Collective team pride ourselves on providing an excellent customer service. We lose very few parcels but on the very rare occasion that we do, we do all we can to locate any lost parcels. We operate, in line with Royal Mail's policy, a 30 day wait period for delivery on all parcels (excluding courier services). We do ask you to be patient, which we appreciate, as the Postal services do suffer delays for various reasons out of our control. The Postal service/s tracking system/s are not as efficient and accurate as FEDEX, DHL or DPD so if you require a quick delivery please consider the courier services.
