- Import Duty
What is NOT included in the Pre-payment of import charges:
- Licence Fees
- Bonded Storage (extended periods whilst awaiting clearance, required documentation, or duty payment)
- Address changes/corrections after dispatch

Rest of the World Customers
We currently do not offer pre-payment of taxes and duties for customers shipping to an address outside of the EU/EAA.
You will be liable to pay any import charges (VAT, import duty, handling/processing fee, Licence fee, bonded storage) once the parcel arrives at the country's border. This is payable to the country's Customs department through the shipping carrier, who will contact you directly. HiFi Collective will not pay these charges or notify you of the required payment.
