aeco AX4-1613S male 4 pole XLR plug, Tellurium Copper Silver-plated

A high-purity tellurium-copper 4-pole male XLR connector with silver-plated contacts, engineered for exceptional conductivity and reliability. The conductor features precision-machined grooves to increase surface area, improving electrical performance. All components can be fully disassembled for maintenance, repair, or recycling.

The internal conductor is isolated from the body using a PTFE insulator set. The centre pin is assembled into the PTFE insulator and secured with additional PTFE components before being fixed into the body via a screw—this completes the XLR body assembly.

The body assembly locks into the outer shell by a threaded connection, ensuring a secure and stable structure. At the cable entry, a POM sleeve is attached to the shell using a screw. The cable aperture supports 9.0 mm and 11.5 mm cables when using the sleeve, and up to 15.0 mm without the sleeve.

This connector is fully compatible with standard XLR systems and offers the durability, precision, and material quality expected from a premium audio component.

Assembly (numbers refer to drawing below)

1. Unscrew the body set[201] and shell [301].
2. We recommend to peel off the cable jacket[601] and each insulation of conductor.
3. Using the POM sleeve ( ID 9.0mm) [502] , the POM sleeve ( ID 11.5 mm) [501] or using the shell without POM sleeve ( ID 15.0 mm), depending on the cable outside diameter.
4. Please put the cable through the shell and sleeve.
5. The cable should be soldered on the contact pins [101][102][103][104] and the conductors of each channel.
6. Depends on the customer’s need, to solder the ground pin[105].
7. Please lock the shell [301] on body set [201].
8. Please fix the cable, POM sleeve, and shell through the screw [402] or [403] .
